Is Fixr really free?
Yes. Fixr is a free direct-to-consumer (D2C) IT repair platform open to both individuals and organisations across India. There is no platform fee, no subscription, and no seat count. You pay only the verified vendor for the actual repair work they perform — the vendor issues their own invoice. The other five products (Warden, Nectr, Vision, AMS, Unit) are paid subscriptions.
Do the products integrate with each other?
Yes. Identity flows from Warden into the other paid products; AMS ties assets to Warden users; Unit can share credentials scoped to Warden groups. Each product also works independently of the others.
What is the total cost for all five paid products?
For a 20-person team, running the five paid products (Warden + Nectr + Vision + AMS + Unit) costs roughly ₹22,000/month (~₹2.6 lakh/year), excluding GST. Fixr is free to use and adds no platform cost — only vendor repair fees when you use it.
Are the paid products INR-billed with GST invoices?
Yes. All five paid products (Warden, Nectr, Vision, AMS, Unit) are priced in INR and ship GST-compliant tax invoices (GSTIN: 07AAPCP5499L1ZE). Fixr is free, so Hives.cloud issues no invoice for platform use — vendors that perform repairs issue their own GST invoice for the repair work. English and Hindi support across all products.
Is there a free trial on the paid products?
Yes. Every paid product offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Contact sales@hives.cloud to start. Fixr, being already free, does not need a trial — just submit a request.
Which product should I start with?
Identity (Warden) is the foundation for most teams — it unlocks clean onboarding/offboarding for everything downstream. If identity is already handled, start with whichever problem is loudest: Vision for attendance, Unit for credentials, AMS for asset compliance, Nectr for email, or Fixr for the next laptop/printer that breaks (Fixr is free, so there is no reason to delay signing up).
