Yes. Fixr is a free direct-to-consumer IT repair platform open to both individuals and organisations across India. There is no platform fee, no subscription, and no seat count. You pay only the verified vendor for the actual repair work — the vendor issues their own invoice. Hives.cloud charges nothing for using Fixr.
Annual billing on paid products (Warden, Nectr, Vision, AMS, Unit) earns a 10% discount over monthly billing, with a price-lock guarantee — the price you sign up at does not change for the duration of the annual term. Fixr is free and has no annual plan.
No. Every paid product offers a 14-day free trial without a credit card. Contact sales@hives.cloud to activate a trial. Fixr is free — just submit a repair request.
Yes. Every paid product is billed independently. You can start with one product and add others later. There is no forced bundle or minimum seat count across products. Fixr, being free, can be used alongside any paid product or entirely on its own.
A user is an active named account that logs in to the product. For Warden (identity) and Unit (passwords), this is per employee. For Vision (attendance), it is per enrolled employee. For AMS (asset management), it is per admin user. Fixr has no user count because it is free.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; service continues until the end of the paid period. Annual plans can be cancelled pro rata within the first 30 days. Refer to the Terms of Service for full details, or contact support@hives.cloud for specific cases.
